Electrical Foreman

The Electrical Foreman is responsible for providing on-site direction and leadership that results in safely completing high quality projects within specified guidelines. This includes maintaining productivity, safety, quality control, labor cost, scheduling, movement of manpower, procurement of materials and any other activities impacting the successful completion of the project.

Requirements

• Lead and manage crews on various projects
• Maintain productivity, quality control, and proactive procurement of materials
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations
• Monitor project progress, track material usage, and maintain accurate documentation of work performed
• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective measures as needed
• Mentor and train electrical apprentices and team members
