Operations Executive responsible for checking invoices, managing flight allocations, and preparing tour itineraries, with a focus on accuracy and customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in travel experience
- Organised, accurate and methodical
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
- Experience of working within a team
- Computer literate, thorough knowledge of Excel and Word
- Experience of CRS (Galileo preferred)
