Job Description
Electrical Supervisor responsible for ensuring electrical assets are reliable and available in order to keep Process Units in operation. Leads, supervises and coordinates activities of maintenance technician’s team and focuses in compliance with the preventive maintenance plan and an efficient and effective development of breakdown maintenance on electrical systems, equipment and facilities within his area of influence.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - High School
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Diploma
- Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities
- Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership skills with large organizations
- Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
- Strategic management skills
- An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
- Flexibility to travel internationally and live in KSA
