KBR is looking for a Reliability & CBM Head to provide technical leadership and increase equipment reliability and plant availability while optimizing maintenance costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
- 12+ years' experience of refinery or Petrochemical with Reliability section
- Fluent in writing and reading English
- Good knowledge of SAP system
- Good knowledge in process operations of plant
- Good technical understanding of maintenance execution management
- Strong technical understanding of maintenance Planning management
- Strong technical understanding of Reliability management
- Strong technical understanding of root cause analysis(RCA)
- Strong technical understanding of FMEA & RCM
- Strong technical understanding of Cost benefit analysis
- Good technical understanding of Quality management
- Good technical understanding of People management
- Good technical understanding of HSE requirements
- Well organized and proactive
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership skills with large organizations
- Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
- Strategic thinking, open to new ideas
