We are a young and dynamic start-up from North Hesse with a seat in the Kassel surroundings. Our mission is to modernize the retail trade. We need a Customer Support Technician to provide our B2B customers with the best service and ensure the stability of our systems.
You will be the central point of contact for our B2B customers, process technical and application-related inquiries, perform remote maintenance, and solve disruptions on our Android- and Linux-based systems.
You will work closely with our development team, communicate with customers, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
