Role Overview

Join KCI as a Distribution Engineering Designer IV, working on electrical distribution systems, including overhead and underground circuits, lighting, and commercial, industrial, and residential development. This role involves overseeing complex design projects, providing guidance and training to peers, and directing site meetings with clients and construction crews.

What You Will Do

Produce high-quality computer-aided electric distribution design drawings, provide guidance to peers, perform field data collection, and generate permitting and project supporting documentation. Communicate with clients, lead site meetings, and pursue work from clients.

Requirements

• Four-year ABET-accredited Engineering degree
• Seven years of relevant experience with a minimum of three years in distribution design
• Valid driver's license
• Active PE license (desired)
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check
