What You Will Do

Lead structural design and analysis for new building projects, perform condition assessments, and develop rehabilitation solutions for existing buildings. Manage scope, schedule, and budget for structural deliverables, and provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and designers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution
• Minimum 10 years of experience in structural engineering, including fieldwork and client interaction
• Proven experience in planning, organizing, estimating, scheduling and monitoring engineering projects
• Proven experience as a technical lead on projects, with a track record of successful project delivery
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)
