Electrician Apprentice

Join Kellanova as an Electrical Apprentice and learn to become a skilled trade mentor. The apprenticeship program is a paid, 1.5-year commitment that includes tuition reimbursement, onboarding, and professional development.

Requirements

• Student must be eligible for enrollment at an accredited community college/trade school and available for a 1.5 year full-time commitment starting May 2026
• Previous exposure to electrical or maintenance concepts through either classroom or work experience
• Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities
• A desire to improve the place you work
• Problem solving and analytical skills
