Job description
The Surveyor will collect information, conduct precise measurements, provide survey and layout support for construction projects using coordinate geometry and modern surveying equipment. This position reports to the Project Manager and provides daily survey support to the project management team.
Perform preliminary survey work, collect data, conduct topographical ground survey work, design and run total station, manage AutoCAD, TOPCON Office 3D and Trimble GPS equipment, calculate height, depth, relative position, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain.
The ideal candidate has experience with TopCon 3D- Office application, AutoCAD Civil 3D, stakeout/layout, professional GPS equipment utilization, design surface comparison, volume calculations, and propeller application. Strong communication skills and expertise in higher math skills, algebra, and trigonometry are required.
