Job Description
Kelly Services is looking to hire several Benefits Verification Specialists. The Benefits Verification Specialist will contact insurance companies to verify patient specific benefits, collect and review patient insurance information, and document specifics for various payer plans. The role requires proficiency in Windows, data entry, and typing, as well as strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
Requirements
- Proficient Windows based experience including fundamentals of data entry/typing
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
- Independent problem solver, good decision maker, and robust analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication
