Operations Manager

Role Overview

As an Operations Manager at Kenco Logistics, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, including managing KPI achievement, inventory integrity, and employee development. You will work closely with supervisors, foremen, and leads to ensure daily productivity goals are met or exceeded. This role requires a strong focus on safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include ensuring all warehouse personnel comply with standard operating procedures, meeting daily with supervisors to ensure productivity goals are met, and implementing special projects to impact warehouse operations. You will also analyze operations to make necessary improvements and assist with the Kenco site budget process.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college
• Three years related experience and/or training
• Minimum of five years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related required
• Minimum of three years leadership experience
