Life Enrichment Manager & Cognitive Care Specialist
Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Therapy, Gerontology, Social Work, or a related field. ADC (Activity Director Certified) or CTRS (Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist) certification required within 12 months of hire
HVAC Support Technician
High school diploma or equivalent, valid Virginia driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation, and at least one (1) year of proven experience as an HVAC technician
Dietary Aide
High school diploma, prior food service experience, friendly attitude, and strong interpersonal skills
Grounds Supervisor
Valid Virginia Driver’s License, 3 years of supervisory experience, strong knowledge of grounds maintenance work
Activities Assistant
Background in Health Services, ability to plan activities, strong interpersonal skills
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Valid CNA license, previous experience in long-term care or assisted living, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
CNA/Registered Medication Aide (Dual Certified)
CNA/RMA certification, RMA license, CPR certification, strong communication and teamwork skills, compassionate attitude
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Current LPN license, previous experience in long-term care, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a caring team-oriented attitude
Nursing Assistant
Nursing Assistant program, communication and interpersonal skills, time management and prioritization abilities
