Job Description
We are recruiting a General Litigation Paralegal to assist solicitors with litigated case loads in areas such as financial mis-selling, RTA, and Business Energy. The successful candidate will work full-time in our offices in Bolton, UK.
Requirements
- Law degree or equivalent
- LPC (if not already completed)
- 1 year of experience in handling a case load with a mixture of fast/multi track cases
- Experience with Microsoft packages including Excel and Power Point
- Understanding of CPR rules
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Ability to achieve good private billing
