MACHINE OPERATOR

Join KENT Nutrition as a Machine Operator at our Richford, VT plant and perform routine tasks related to feed production, including quality control, manufacturing, and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, is customer-focused, and is able to work as a team member.

Requirements

• Daily operation of equipment to process and manufacture feed products
• Follow warehouse and loading protocols
• Ensure KNG's quality assurance is met regarding ingredient receiving, load-out, and bagging
• Record and document all feed manufactured during shift
• Mix and prepare livestock feeds efficiently assuring accuracy and high quality
• Assist management with production scheduling, inventory planning & control for both ingredients and finished products
• Assist with equipment maintenance and repair as needed
• Load and unload trucks in a safe and efficient manner
• Provide excellent customer service
• Observe and enforce all company policies & procedures
• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations
