Associate Vice President, Client Solutions

Kepler executes engineered marketing, where every message and ad delivered helps create a more personalized and productive relationship between brands and their consumers. As a senior leader, you'll oversee Kepler's largest and most complex client partnership, leading day-to-day operations across a team of approximately 100+ specialists and managers. This role requires deep technical expertise, executive-level client leadership, and the ability to translate complex media strategy into business impact.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, marketing strategy/consulting, performance marketing, direct marketing, and/or brand management
• Deep expertise in digital media strategy, activation, and measurement across both brand and performance objectives
• Demonstrated ability to build executive-level relationships and influence decision-making within large enterprise organizations
• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional teams, both directly and indirectly, with a strong track record of developing senior and emerging leaders
• Strategic thinker with the ability to connect marketing initiatives to measurable business impact
• Innovative problem solver comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity
• Process-oriented leader with a hands-on, 'roll up your sleeves' mindset
