Manager, Strategy & Activation

Kepler is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Activation to lead key client relationships and drive business outcomes through data-driven marketing strategies.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in digital media planning, activation, and performance marketing
• Hands-on experience across Paid Social, Programmatic/Display, Paid Search, and digital campaign management platforms
• Strong analytical skills; comfort working with large datasets, Excel, reporting tools, and digital measurement platforms
