Role Overview

Prepare DCS design for bid submissions and potential projects using CAD/BIM software. Develop technical write-ups/proposals and work with Project Development team to generate tender specifications and drawings.

What You Will Do

Review existing district and retail cooling plants' operations, provide improvement suggestions/plans, and liaise with government agencies and IHLs on new technology development.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Minimum 5 years' experience in air-conditioning system design, major retrofit works' design, and energy audits. Proficient in using CAD/BIM software and attention to details.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Professional qualification(s) such as Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM), Energy Efficiency Opportunities Assessor (EEO Assessor) and/or BCA-registered Energy Auditor
• Minimum 5 years' experience in air-conditioning system design, major retrofit works' design involving chiller plant systems and/or energy audits of existing projects
• Familiarity with deployment and integration of renewable energy sources (e.g., solar PV) and energy efficient technologies (e.g., energy storage systems)
• Proficient in using CAD/BIM software such as AutoCAD/Revit
