
Job description
Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with internal and external clients, and ensure 100% uptime to all critical power systems in the Data Centre.
Respond to customer service requests, maintain Data Center Systems, troubleshoot and recommend system upgrades, and work with vendors and contractors.
Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to work in a project environment, and willingness to work outside of normal hours.
