
Job description
The SME General Facilities Management will be responsible for maintaining a positive and professional working relationship with internal and external clients, responding to customer service requests, and maintaining the Data Center System. The role requires technical supervision of the operation, maintenance, and repair of all general building facilities, adherence to quality, health & safety, and environmental policies, and working with vendors and contractors to ensure their work meets client standards.
The SME General Facilities Management will be responsible for troubleshooting, evaluating, and recommending system upgrades, ordering parts and supplies for maintenance and repairs, and managing and upkeep of all building related licenses. The role also involves developing and keeping up to date all site fire protection system, plumbing & Sanitary procedures, and specification and recording of the Technician Training certification program.
The ideal candidate will have a qualified Diploma/Degree Level in Facilities Management with a minimum of 3 years direct industry experience, preferably in data centre, hospital, pharmaceutical production, or power plant experience. The candidate should have strong oral and written communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work outside of normal hours to resolve technical issues.
