
Job description
Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with internal and external clients. Technical supervision of the operation, maintenance and repair of all critical environment systems while maintaining 100% uptime to all critical mechanical systems.
Respond to customer service requests, troubleshoot and evaluate system upgrades, order parts and supplies, work with vendors and contractors, conduct annual review of system/component End-of-Life, and develop and keep up to date all site mechanical procedures.
Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate intelligently and effectively with the client and with contractors, computer literate, and willingness to work outside of normal hours to resolve technical issues.
