Director of Information Technology (IT)

The Director of Information Technology (IT) is responsible for the overall direction and support of all technologies utilized in the company. The Director of IT ensures that all information technology activities are properly coordinated, scheduled, monitored, and resolved while managing priorities.

Requirements

• Manage IT system environments across all KBGRP office locations and Microsoft Azure hosted environment.
• Oversee daily activities to resolve incidents, problems, and change management directives.
• Coordinate with our third-party vendors to maintain system configurations, maintenance schedules, system access and controls for all infrastructure and solutions.
• Advise how to utilize information technology to meet business objectives and use expertise to identify technical solutions to business problems/inefficiencies and facilitates change.
• Respond to major incidents, site outages, and security alerts quickly and effectively.
• Work effectively in a team environment, sharing technical knowledge, solutions, and recommendations with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Present technical solutions in written or oral reports, and provide recommendations based on data utilization.
• Interface with staff and executives at all levels of the organization; defining software, hardware, and network requirements that meet our requirements.
• Manage a team of professionals to support Information Technology objectives which includes direct reports, contractors, and vendors.
• Manage key third-party vendors providing critical services and functions to ensure SLA’s and other service-related obligations are being met.
