Ketchum Analytics is seeking a Manager, Consumer Research and Insights to develop original research studies, lead projects, and provide analysis and reporting to clients. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of research experience and a strong orientation towards client service and teamwork.
Requirements
- Developing relationships with client and account teams
- Overseeing and managing all aspects of a project independently
- Developing original, large scale/global qualitative and quantitative research studies
- Analysis and reporting of findings in a clear and concise manner
- Staying up to date with trends, tools and techniques
- Participating in or driving analytics projects and initiatives
- Determining the best methodologies and tools to use to solve client challenges
