Senior Test Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer to help ensure the quality, reliability, and stability of our digital pension portals within Plexus Digital Engagement (PDE).

As a Senior Test Engineer, you will analyze requirements, design and execute test scenarios, and contribute to test automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• At least 4 years of experience in software testing within an Agile environment
• Experience with functional testing, risk-based testing, and test automation
• Experience working with modern testing tools and frameworks
• Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks, and translate requirements into effective test scenarios
• Problem-solving mindset, take ownership, and actively look for opportunities to improve quality and testing processes
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Professional speaking and writing level in both Dutch and English
