Keyrus is seeking a proactive and experienced Anaplan Support Analyst to join our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting business-critical systems, and working directly with clients in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
- Certified in Anaplan Level 2 Model Building
- 2–4 years of experience in a support role for SaaS or enterprise platforms, ideally in a managed services or client-facing environment
- Hands-on experience supporting Anaplan in a production environment
- Strong communication, client engagement, and relationship management skills
- Analytical and service-oriented, with solid troubleshooting ability
- Fluent in English; additional language proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Tagalog is a plus
- Familiar with IT Service Management (ITSM) practices and providing platform support in structured environments
