R&D Hardware Design Validation Engineer

Role Overview

As an NPI Engineer, you will apply your Electrical Engineering and measurement knowledge to a variety of focused hands-on projects. You will be part of an instrumental product development team that designs, develops, and tests RF and microwave test equipment.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with R&D and marketing to develop new product models and features. Design and implement calibration algorithms. Design and execute validation and verification tests.

The ideal candidate is one who is equally comfortable with hands-on hardware testing and software development/test automation. Ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts in both written and oral form.

Requirements

• BS or MS Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience in RF and uW circuits/products development with measurement algorithm and validation test development experience
• Extensive experience and knowledge in test & measurements with focus on RF and Microwave theory and applications
• Experience in developing SW in object-oriented programming
• Proficient at testing and troubleshooting RF, analog, digital circuits
