Job description

This role is part of the High Frequency Technology Center (HFTC) at our Headquarters in Santa Rosa, CA, and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product yield, performance, and reliability.
The primary responsibilities of an IC Product Engineer include collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting IC platforms through electrical and reliability test and visual inspection, conducting failure analysis, and implementing corrective actions to improve product quality.
The ideal candidate is self-driven, proactive, and takes strong ownership of their work, with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
