R&D Manager for PCB and Mechanical Engineering

Role Overview

Lead a cross-disciplinary team of PCB and mechanical design engineers to support internal R&D projects. Foster a collaborative team culture and develop competencies in PCB, RF, and mechanical design.

Own the performance of an internal engineering services organization, ensure timely and high-quality delivery of design services, and enable flexible scaling of resources.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience leading engineering teams
• Strong understanding in at least 2 out of the following 3 design workflows: PCB layout, RF design, mechanical design
• Strong communication skills and experience working in international environments
• Structured, pragmatic mindset with a passion for improving teams and processes
