
Job description
Maintenance Techs are responsible for maintaining equipment, materials, and the overall welfare of our facility. They work with expense limits established and schedule and complete the Preventative Maintenance Program.
Responsibilities include completing maintenance service requests, monitoring building systems, and coordinating special projects. Maintenance Techs must also maintain a professional courteous manner with all vendors, contractors, and fellow employees.
