As a People Advisor, you will be responsible for regular maintenance of Workday, preparing reports, managing queries, implementing Electronic Document Management System, encouraging self-service tools, and providing administration support for onboarding, offboarding, and personnel administration processes.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a Human Resources role.
Experience with Workday manager, employee self-service and case management tools is a must.
Computer literate, proficient in Word, Microsoft Outlook and Excel with experience of tools that ensure that enable digital transformation of the function.
