We are seeking a results-driven HR Director to lead and optimize our HR operations in a fast-growing online marketplace company headquartered in the Middle East.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a senior HR operations or HR services role
- Experience in tech-driven, multi-departmental organizations; marketplace or e-commerce sector preferred
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations in the Middle East
- Proven experience managing HR systems
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills with fluency in Arabic and English
