
Job description
KI is seeking a full-time Assistant Team Leader to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 1st shift on our paintline. The role involves leading a team and performing various tasks on the paintline, including hanging hooks and parts, applying powder paint, and inspecting and packing parts.
The Assistant Team Leader will be responsible for hanging hooks and parts on the Paint line, manually applying powder paint to production parts, performing Paint Color Changeovers, taping parts to protect them from scratches, inspecting and packing parts, recording bad parts, maintaining proper pH levels and mil thicknesses, and monitoring paint shelf life.
This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent job experience, and value-added skills such as hanging hooks and parts, applying powder paint, and inspecting and packing parts. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in a smoke-free environment, and stand, walk, lift, twist, and bend for long periods.
