Kick is an applied AI company building a self-driving bookkeeping experience, looking for a Founding Talent Partner to own the full recruiting life cycle, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• 1-2 years at a high-growth startup
• Personal experience closing hires across GTM & technical roles
• Experience as a AI-Native recruiter, leveraging newest technologies
• Strong closer who can sell a mission-driven startup to candidates
• Highly organized and excellent judgement on people
• Comfortable building process from scratch
