Requirements
- 3-6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- 1-2 years at a high-growth startup
- Personal experience closing hires across GTM & technical roles
- Experience as a AI-Native recruiter, leveraging newest technologies
- Strong closer who can sell a mission-driven startup to candidates
- Highly organized and excellent judgement on people
- Comfortable building process from scratch
