HR Controller (m/w/d)

We are looking for an HR Controller to work with a mid-sized corporate group in the Rhine-Neckar region. Tasks include periodical evaluation and creation of statement reports, personnel cost planning, and close cooperation with corporate controlling and financial accounting departments.

Requirements

• periodical evaluation and creation of statement reports and statistics on relevant personnel key figures
• personnel cost planning and full-time staffing
• preparation and participation in the creation of annual financial statements
• preparation and support for budget negotiations
• making ad-hoc analyses as needed according to the questions from the company network
