Requirements

• Identification of critical spare parts
• Ordering and maintaining spare parts inventory
• Developing local engineering vendors
• Drive initiatives for Optimum cost of the parts
• Maintain inventory value within budget
• Driving technical improvements for Safety, Quality, productivity, and cost
• Provide regular technical support to production and process team
• Support preventive maintenance and drive predictive maintenance of critical modules on the machine
• Responsible for repair/refurbishment of critical offline modules
• Support capability building of team by imparting technical trainings
• Capital project planning and execution
• Drawing management in DRCS
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement corrective solution
• Spare Parts & Vendor Management
• Inventory Management
• Procurement Coordination
• Team Supervisory
