
Job description
You will work in an R&D role, focusing on winning with consumers and the market, while prioritizing safety, mutual respect, and human dignity. You will be part of a performance culture dedicated to solving real-world problems with purpose and precision. The role involves developing process and technology solutions, leading end-to-end process development, and providing process engineering support.
Your responsibilities will include providing process engineering support, leading and supporting process development, and providing creativity in the design, development, and optimization of Personal Care converting and manufacturing equipment and processes.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team-based environment. You will also need to be able to travel up to 30% and be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
