Senior Mechanical Engineer

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple capital investment projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will also train and mentor others, creating a legacy of best practice at our Barrow in Furness factory.

Requirements

• Provide vision and leadership in the continual analysis, design, development, implementation, and optimization of processes, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Use KPI's to meet long-term and short-term strategic business goals.
• Champion and continuously improve all site safety requirements.
• Take ownership and deliver on one or more OSH performance standards.
• Provide engineering biased operational technical advice.
