Role Overview

We are seeking a Professional Surveyor & Mapper with 4+ years of experience to join our Lake Nona, Florida office. This role involves conducting field surveys, analyzing data, and collaborating with engineers and architects to provide accurate survey data for construction and development projects.

What You Will Do

Conduct field surveys, analyze survey data, collaborate with engineers and architects, utilize GPS technology and GIS, prepare survey reports and maps, conduct research on property deeds and historical records, and ensure compliance with surveying standards and regulations.

Requirements

• 4+ Years as a licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)
• Working knowledge of Civil 3D and/or Carlson
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
