Python Developer (AI)

Role Overview

Embed with business users to design automation that fits their needs and ship production-grade AI agents. Sit at the centre of our AI automation programme where engineering rigour meets commercial judgment.

What You Will Do

Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows using our internal agent framework. Own the full delivery lifecycle of each initiative, including scoping, development, testing, deployment, and handover to business users.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant engineering experience
• Production-grade Python proficiency
• Experience building and deploying automated workflows or AI agents in a business context
• Ability to design and implement evaluation and test harnesses for non-deterministic systems
• Comfort working across the stack — API integration, data transformation, prompt engineering, deployment infrastructure
• Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent English, written and spoken
