Kinetic Custom Trailers is seeking a skilled Mechanical Technologist to join our dynamic team in Waco, TX. The ideal candidate is a hands-on mechanical design professional who thrives in collaborative manufacturing environments and enjoys solving complex structural and fabrication challenges.

Requirements

• Design and validate trailer structures and mechanical systems
• Develop detailed 3D CAD models, assemblies, fabrication drawings, and bills of material (BOMs) using SolidWorks
• Perform weight distribution, axle loading, and structural calculations
• Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) on critical structural members, weldments, and assemblies
• Collaborate with Sales and leadership teams to develop new trailer configurations and product variants
