
Job description
The CRM Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and effective use of CRM data across the firm, supporting business development and marketing efforts.
Manage CRM data updates, provide day-to-day support to CRM users, participate in testing and validation of new CRM features, and produce and distribute CRM data and usage reports.
The ideal candidate will have a strong command of data management practices, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
