
Job description
The Technology Attorney oversees all types of firm technology contracts and related risk management considerations, working with the General Counsel, CIO, and Technology & Innovation Committee to manage technology governance, contracting strategies, privacy and data protection, procurement, and vendor management.
Develops and operates technology procurement systems, processes, and controls, leads legal review and negotiation for firm contracts with technology aspects, and develops contract lifecycle management tools.
Requires a tech-savvy lawyer with comprehensive technology contract experience, familiarity with generative artificial intelligence, and strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
