Job Description
Kingman Regional Medical Center is hiring a Recovery Resolution Specialist to join their Finance team. Requirements
- Review Health Insurance claim reimbursement to insure optimal recoveries.
- Interpret facility/provider contracts into hospitals' accounting software.
- Audit claims against contracts to ensure accurate audit results.
- Set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Self-discipline and collaborative work environment.
- MTH knowledge of CPT /ICD coding.
- Understanding of reimbursement analysis, commercial/governmental plans.
- Knowledge of health insurance plan provisions.
