The Social Studies Teacher at KIPP Colorado Schools is responsible for driving student outcomes and creating an exceptional student experience. The role involves planning rigorous instruction, grading, and implementing accommodations for students with IEPs, BIPs, and MTSS interventions. The teacher will also establish and maintain relationships with students and families, and participate in daily duties to support school operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Spanish bilingual (preferred)
- At least 2 years of teaching experience (highly preferred but not required)
- Ability to fulfill state and federal guidelines to meet Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) criteria
