Instructional Assistant

KIPP Delta Public Schools is seeking an Instructional Assistant to support certified teachers and create a positive learning environment for students. The role involves implementing instructional activities, supporting students with academic tasks, and maintaining a clean and organized classroom.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or at least two years (60 hours) of higher education
• Certified Teaching Assistant (CTA) preferred
• Prior teaching experience in educational settings or working with children preferred
• Strong knowledge in core academic subjects
• Proficiency in integrating technology into instruction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
