
Job description
Lead urgent, sustainable transformation at a designated KIPP SoCal school by rebuilding trust, strengthening systems, developing talent, and ensuring high-quality instruction during a fixed 18-24 month assignment.
Drive comprehensive school improvement, develop and implement a data-driven transformation plan, establish regular progress monitoring systems, communicate progress transparently with all stakeholders, and accelerate student achievement.
This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record of driving significant academic improvement, developing effective teacher leaders, and building positive school cultures with strong student support systems.
