Job Description
Hiring a dedicated Inpatient Shift Supervisor for the Adult Inpatient Unit (AIU) at Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS) in Bremerton, WA, Washington. This role involves supervising and supporting BHTs, maintaining clinical operations, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for mental health patients. This is a full-time position with a $24-30.55 per hour hourly rate.
Requirements
- Conduct ongoing assessments of client risk and milieu acuity.
- Collaborate with treatment teams and supervise physical interventions.
- Oversee staffing levels and account for additional coverage.
- Review treatment notes and coordinate follow-up.
- Supervise BHTs, including training and performance evaluations.
