Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business planning, project management, product management, and/or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in written and spoken both English and Chinese, with knowledge of other languages an advantage.
- A proven ability to establish excellent working relationships with external advisors, stakeholders, and internal executives and colleagues
- Good leadership, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, in particular
- Good facilitation and negotiation.
- Expert-level understanding of data analytics, engagement data types, and appropriate critical metrics.
- Ability to organize and work with large sets of unstructured data.
- Ability to translate data conclusions into practical recommendations and to communicate conclusions of complex data analysis to semi-expert audiences.
