Job description
Join the Measurement, Analytics and Control group (MACH) at KLA to collaborate with customers to innovate technologies and solutions for semiconductor manufacturing. As a member of the MACH team, you'll work with experts to develop leading-edge solutions for patterning process analytics and control technologies.
Architect and implement agentic AI solutions for semiconductor applications, develop multi-agent systems, integrate reasoning, planning, and reinforcement learning into AI workflows, and collaborate with hardware, software, and data teams.
