
Job description
We are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Analyst to support our growing Customer Spare and Part Escalation business within KLA Services (SSO). This role will focus on operational reporting and analytics, process improvement/design, and cross-collaboration to drive greater overall customer experience.
Analyze escalation demand trends, analyze operational data and performance to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and compliance, develop, maintain, and report key performance metrics related to backlog, fulfillment, and service levels amongst different demand types, and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process standardization and automation.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable working with people and systems in a growing business environment. Experience in supply chain, order management, or logistics is a plus.
