At Klaviyo, we're looking for a Senior Director, Growth Marketing to shape how a category-defining company acquires customers at scale. The role involves owning sign-up volume, new logo acquisition, and Growth ARR, and building a strategy, team, and operating rhythm to hit these targets consistently.
Requirements
- 15+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing
- At least 5 years leading senior, cross-functional teams
- Deep SaaS background, ideally in a PLG or hybrid environment
- Fluent across the channel mix
- Naturally collaborative and skilled at leading through influence
- Strong command of funnel analytics, attribution, and growth modeling
- Exceptional at building operating rhythm
- AI fluency, including responsible use of AI
